1,うつ伏せの開始
まず、お客様はうつ伏せの状態からセッションを始めます
この体勢は、身体を最もリラックスさせるためのスタートポジションです。

2.首から始まるロミロミマッサージ
最初に、首の付け根からアロマオイルを使ったロミロミマッサージが行われます
この独自のアプローチは、全身の緊張を緩和するのに効果的です。

3.全身へのアロマオイルロミロミマッサージ首から始まり、背中、腰、そして手足の指先まで、全身をアロマオイルでケアーいたします
力強いストロークからロングストーローク、優しい圧まで、お客様の体調や希望に合わせたロミロミマッサージ技法を用い、
筋肉の緊張を解きほぐし、心地よいリラックス感を提供します。

4.手足の指先の先端に至るまで、全身をアロマオイルでケアーしていきます。

5.おなか（内臓ロミロミ）あおむけになった際、おなか周りへの内臓ロミロミが行われます
これは全身の調和を促し、リラックス感を高めます。

6.再度のヘッド周辺のロミロミマッサージ
最後に、ヘッドマッサージに戻ります。このヘッドマッサージは特にリラックスを促進し、疲れを解放するのに役立ちます。

７．目のケアー

うつ伏せのセッションが終わりに、目の周りの緊張を解放するため、特別な目のケアーを行います。

Flow of the 60-Minute Aromatherapy Lomi Lomi Massage:

1. Start in the Prone Position:
   First, you will begin the session in a prone position. This posture is ideal for maximizing relaxation.
2. Lomi Lomi Massage Starting from the Neck:
   Initially, a Lomi Lomi massage with aromatherapy oils will be performed starting from the base of your neck. This unique approach is effective in relieving tension throughout the body.
3. Aromatherapy Lomi Lomi Massage for the Entire Body:
   Starting from the neck and moving to the back, waist, and all the way to the tips of your hands and feet, we will provide a full-body Aromatherapy Lomi Lomi Massage. Using a range of techniques from firm strokes to long, gentle strokes, we tailor the massage to your body’s needs, easing muscle tension and promoting a profound sense of relaxation.

In the supine position, the following treatments will be administered:

4. Aromatherapy Lomi Lomi Massage Extending to the Tips of Hands and Feet:
   The massage will continue, extending from your neck to the very tips of your hands and feet, using aromatherapy oils.
5. Abdominal (Visceral) Lomi Lomi Massage:
   When in the supine position, abdominal (visceral) Lomi Lomi Massage will be performed. This promotes overall harmony and enhances the feeling of relaxation.
6. Return to Head and Neck for Further Lomi Lomi Massage:
   We will return to the head and neck area for additional Lomi Lomi Massage.
7. Eye Care:
   As the prone session concludes, special attention will be given to relieving tension around the eyes.
8. Neck Stretch Care:
   Aromatherapy Lomi Lomi Massage will continue, focusing on the neck area.
