MaryGraceSpa offers a private mobile spa service for registered full members. Service may be available at non-partner hotels around Narita Airport, private residences, villas, and other requested locations, subject to travel conditions, hotel access rules, identity verification and appointment availability.
How This Service Is Different
Partner-hotel guest rates do not apply. Mobile service uses a separate members-only rate.
Visits to non-partner hotels, private residences, villas and requested locations are generally available from 90 minutes.
For safety and security, full membership registration and identity verification may be required before confirmation.

Why is the mobile service price different?
Non-partner locations may require additional travel, preparation, equipment transport, setup and packing, as well as confirmation of hotel or building access rules. For this reason, mobile service is offered under a separate members-only rate rather than simply adding a small travel fee to the standard treatment price.

MaryGraceSpa provides personalized esthetic and body-care services based on your preferred treatment, time and location. This service may be suitable for travelers, business guests and clients who prefer care in a private and comfortable setting.
Areas available for consultation: Narita, Tokyo 23 wards, Tsukuba, Yokohama and other locations depending on travel conditions.
Typical service hours: 10:00–18:00 and 22:00–24:00, subject to availability and travel conditions.
Membership-only monthly plans may also be available for customers who use MaryGraceSpa regularly.
Full Membership Is Required Before Booking
Mobile service to non-partner hotels, private residences, villas and other requested locations is not available to unregistered guests. Please complete your full membership application first, then submit your appointment request through the members-only booking calendar.

Important Information for First-Time Male Guests
Male guests may be able to complete the process more smoothly when introduced by an existing MaryGraceSpa member or visitor.
For first-time male guests without an introduction, MaryGraceSpa may be unable to accept a mobile booking until identity verification is completed. This policy supports a safe and professional visiting service for both guests and therapists.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you visit a hotel that is not on your partner-hotel list?
Possibly, yes. Full membership registration, mobile-service pricing, hotel access rules and therapist availability must be checked before confirmation.
Can I book only 60 minutes?
Mobile service to non-partner hotels, private residences, villas and requested locations is generally available from 90 minutes.
How much is a 90-minute mobile service?
The current reference price starts from JPY 34,650. Final conditions may depend on treatment type, location, travel and service time.
Can you always come directly to my hotel room?
No. Each hotel has its own rules for outside service providers. We may need to confirm the hotel name, registered guest name and room number, and you may also be asked to check hotel policy.
Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I submit the form?
No. Your booking becomes official only after MaryGraceSpa checks availability and visiting conditions and sends you a confirmation notice.
I am arriving from Narita Airport. Can I request a treatment after my flight?
You are welcome to ask. Please allow enough time for preparation and travel, and note that same-day availability is not guaranteed.
