お客様に安心してサービスをご利用いただけるよう、本件につきましては内容確認後、千葉県警察サイバー犯罪相談窓口へ情報提供および相談を行っております。
また、専門家と連携しながら、

を進めております。
現時点では、お客様・お取引先様から、本件に関する被害報告は確認されておりません。
今回のお知らせは、ご不安をお掛けすることを目的としたものではなく、お客様に安心してMaryGraceSpaをご利用いただくための予防的な情報共有です。
MaryGraceSpaからの正式なメールについて
MaryGraceSpaから送信する正式なメールは、
📧 @mary-grace.com
📧 @biboutokenkoo.com
上記2つのドメインのみです。
表示名には「MaryGraceSpa」や「真田真理子」と表示されていても、送信元メールアドレスが異なる場合があります。
メールをご確認の際は、表示名だけではなく、「@」以降のドメインまで必ずご確認ください。
当社がメールで突然お願いすることはありません
MaryGraceSpaでは、事前のご予約やご案内なく、メールだけで次のようなお願いをすることはありません。
❌ LINEのQRコード送付
❌ パスワード・認証コードの入力
❌ クレジットカード情報や銀行口座情報をメールへの返信で送信いただくこと
❌ 不審なホームページやリンク先で個人情報や決済情報を入力いただくこと
❌ 当社とは関係のないメールアドレスへの返信
❌ 事前のご案内がない送金・お支払い
なお、当社の公式ホームページおよび正規の予約・決済ページをご利用いただく場合は、通常どおり安心してご利用いただけます。
万が一、不審なメールを受信された場合
次の対応をお願いいたします。

✅ 本文中のリンクをクリックしない
✅ 添付ファイルを開かない
✅ LINEのQRコードや個人情報を送信しない
可能であれば、
・送信元メールアドレス
・返信先メールアドレス
・受信日時
・メール本文

We have recently identified fraudulent emails impersonating MaryGraceSpa and our CEO, Mariko Sanada.
These emails may:
- Request your LINE QR code
- Ask you to reply to an email address that is not associated with MaryGraceSpa
- Attempt to obtain personal information under false pretenses
Please be advised that these emails were NOT sent by MaryGraceSpa.
Our Response
The safety and trust of our customers are our highest priorities.
After confirming this incident, we promptly reported the matter to the Chiba Prefectural Police Cybercrime Consultation Office and have been working closely with security professionals to investigate the matter and strengthen our security measures.
Our ongoing efforts include:

At this time, we have received no reports of any customer or business partner being harmed by these fraudulent emails.
