ご予約が確定したお客様には、「仮ご予約ありがとうございます」というメールの後に、「MaryGraceSpa確認メール」を登録順に送信いたします。
MaryGraceSpaからの確認メールに「確認しました」と返信するか、空メールを送ってください。
 
＊注意：「仮ご予約ありがとうございます」というメールに返信しても確約にはなりません。 「MaryGraceSpa確認メール」へのご返信をもって、ご予約の時間の確保と確約とさせていただきます。
＊ご予約当日のキャンセルには100％のキャンセル料がかかりますので、ご了承ください。
なお、24時間前のキャンセルはキャンセル料はかかりません。

1.For confirmed reservations, following the “Thank you for your provisional reservation” email, we will send a “MaryGracesp Confirmation Email” in order of reception.


2.Upon receiving the confirmation email from MaryGraceSpa, please reply with “Confirmed” or send a blank email.
Note: Replying to the “Thank you for your provisional reservation” email does not guarantee confirmation, so please be cautious.

3.Your reservation will be considered secured and confirmed upon receiving your reply to the “MaryGracesp Confirmation Email”.

4.Please be aware that cancellations on the reserved day will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy.
